Amy Lowell, LPC-Associate # 91769
Supervised by Lacey Fisher, LPC-S, RPT-S, PMH-C

Amy (she/her) enjoys working with children, teens, and adults of all backgrounds and identities who may be coping with trauma, loss, anxiety, stage of life transitions, or everyday life stressors.

She has experience using play therapy to work with children on a variety of issues including self-esteem, emotion regulation, family conflict, and grief and loss. When working with teens and adults, she uses relational-cultural, attachment, and person-centered theories to conceptualize and work with clients and will tailor the treatment to meet each individual client.

Amy provides a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental approach where she allows the client to direct the session. She believes humans grow through and toward connection and that connection is necessary throughout the lifespan to not only thrive but to survive.
She will utilize the therapeutic relationship as an agent of change and catalyst to help folks to form more meaning connections outside of therapy. Amy practices cultural humility and provides an inclusive and accepting environment to all cultures and identities.
