Kathryn "Katie" Sleeper, LMFT-A #205703
Supervised by Tammy Fisher, LMFT-S, LPC-S #201262

Kathryn (she/her) enjoys working with adults and couples of all backgrounds, cultures, and relational dynamics. She has experience using solution-focused and person-centered theories
with adults, and emotion-focused, attachment, and solution-focused theories with couples when working through anxiety, depression, divorce, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, intimacy,
infidelity, and more. She maintains a client-centered approach where the client has autonomy over the direction of
their therapeutic journey. Kathryn fosters an empathetic, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment where the client can safely explore their experiences and emotions at their own
pace. She supports setting small, achievable goals in order to accomplish client’s main goals as well as celebrating all positive changes no matter how small.
Kathryn has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy and plans to receive her AASECT certification. As a newcomer to the Perinatal Mental Health field, she continues to complete trainings with Lacey Castilleja-Fisher to provide informed and compassionate services for her clients.

Kathryn received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree with a Minor in Biology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Couples, and Families from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
