I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for those who feel unheard and unseen, particularly individuals dealing with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. My empathetic approach aims to help clients navigate the unique challenges associated with perinatal experiences, such as prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression, and the transition into parenthood. |
