Adjusting to parenting a new baby, whether its your first or fourth, takes time. It can take time to get to know and feel comfortable with your new baby. If you are experiencing symptoms that are not familiar to you, are excessive, or they are interfering with your typical functioning and last more than a few weeks postpartum, please reach out to talk. I am here to sit with you through this journey.
