My favorite expressive arts modality is sandtray therapy and here is why…sandtray adds levels of trauma and grief processing and integration beyond talk therapy.
Sandtray therapy and expressive arts offers even richer ways to explore your own professional identity and how to apply that to work with our clients.
The training will be full of case examples, some client pictures and video as well as creation of your own trays. We will explore how to integrate with modalities like EMDR, IFS, other expressive arts such as poetry, journaling and drawing. We can even explore how it pairs with oracle & tarot cards and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
