From Sand to Spirit: Exploring Inner Worlds with Sandtray and Tarot

The power of sandtray is that it offers a deeper exploration of clients’ psyche using symbols and metaphors which add richness and meaning to clients experience. Why not enhance the power of the tray by combining it with the intuitive and transpersonal aspects of Tarot!
In this workshop you will learn how Tarot and Sandtray are two birds of a feather and how to integrate these practices together. This training will be full of case examples, pictures, and include some hands on experience as you create of your own trays while utilizing Tarot. Note: An understanding of Major and Minor Arcana is required for this training.
- How to blend Sandtray and Tarot together to foster deeper exploration of clients’ psyche.
- Review the ethical implications of using tarot in session
- Educate participants on the multicultural benefits and considerations of using Tarot in conjunction with Sandtray.
- Understand the power of the archetypes in Tarot and the use of metaphors
- Foster healing through hands-on, expressive techniques.
