For Group Support

Meeting with a group can reduce isolation and increase a sense of being supported by those who understand what you are going through. It can be a wonderful way to create community with others who get it.

Types of Support Groups We Have:

Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

Being pregnant after pregnancy loss of any kind can be filled with so much anxiety that makes it difficult to embrace the hope and joy you desperately want to feel. Join this group to give and receive support from those that get the mixed feelings that appear in pregnancy after loss.
$50 per session/$90 per couple

Carry On Warriors (Co-created with Alexis Edwards and Ilyse Kennedy)
This will be a 6-week process group where we explore the layers of trauma and how it effects us emotionally, physically, and as mothers. We will begin to process some of the trauma within the group and explore healthy coping mechanisms and how to feel best supported in your journey to healing. We will create a safe space to learn and heal with others experiencing new motherhood in the wake of trauma. No matter when your trauma was experienced, we are here to hold space for you.
